These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LakshmiSpeaks.com (the "Site"), operated by The Infinite Impact Group LLC ("Infinite Impact," "we," "us," or "our").

3. Pull Up™

Pull Up™ is proprietary intellectual property associated with Lakshmi Gopalkrishnan and The Infinite Impact Group LLC.

The name, framework, concepts, expression, presentation, tools, exercises, training materials, workshop materials, graphics, and other proprietary materials associated with Pull Up™ may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property rights.

Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce Pull Up™ materials

• Republish or distribute Pull Up™ materials

• Incorporate Pull Up™ materials into your own training, coaching, consulting, speaking, or educational offerings

• Create derivative materials substantially based on proprietary Pull Up™ materials

• Sell or commercially exploit Pull Up™ materials

• Present Pull Up™ as your own methodology or framework

• Use the Pull Up™ name or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist

References to Pull Up™ for legitimate commentary, attribution, or discussion must accurately identify the source and must not imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

4. Other Trademarks and Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain names, trademarks, programs, frameworks, quotations, images, or other materials appearing on the Site may belong to third parties.

References to third-party organizations, programs, authors, thought leaders, or intellectual property do not transfer ownership of those materials to The Infinite Impact Group LLC.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to past or present relationships, certifications, collaborations, clients, or organizations are provided for informational purposes and do not necessarily imply current sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Limited Permission to Use Site Content

Any engagement will be subject to a separate agreement defining the applicable services, fees, responsibilities, terms, and conditions.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed agreement with The Infinite Impact Group LLC, the executed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, medical, mental health, financial, tax, human resources, or other regulated professional advice.
